Not to worry.: The size of the prostate is not as important as the symptoms the prostate can cause. Many large volume prostates cause no urinary bother, and some smaller prostates do. If you are having greater urinary urgency, frequency, nighttime voids, weak stream, or incomplete emptying of the bladder, see a urologist for evaluation. Otherwise, a volume of 23.6g is not in itself, significant. ...Read more
