My normal heart rate is about 105-115 bpm. And my age is 18. Is this nornal or I need to have some checkup?
HR of 105-115: That heart rate is a bit elevated but may be normal for you. It depends on age: Subtract your current age in years (36) from 220. First multiply the number you get by 0.6. This is your minimum target exercising heart rate. Now multiply the first number you got by 0.8. This is your maximum target heart rate. Stay inside that range when you exercise. 220-36=184; 184x0.6= 110; 84x0.8=147.
