Normal H Cg Levels At 6 Weeks With Twins
Is it ok to have twins in 5-6 week gestiona, one sac but no heart beats. Hcg levels, 51330 iu/ml and after two days it became 57396iu/ml is it normal?
Probably not: The HCG should double in 2 days at that point in the gestation. The example you give had only a minimal increase. This does not sound like a viable pregnancy.
Wide range: Beta HCG in twin pregnancies is normally elevated above the level of singleton pregnancies, but has a wide range. At 9-10 weeks the levels should be around 250, 000 to 400, 000, however, the trending may be as important in the evaluation. Twin pregnancy is considered high risk and should have regular visits with ob.
Can your HCG level lower if you had vanishing twins syndrome? Had positive tests now negative with bleeding. I am almost 6 weeks.
Aware: If this is what is happening I would say be aware, rather than be concerned. The outcomes are not guaranteed but they are often very good, this happens a lot. Best wishes.
No: The only thing about an HCG level is that the absolute number isn't the most important thing. Usually the lab is repeated after 48 hours at least once to determine if the level is increasing appropriately. It should double every 48 hours but can still be normal is it goes up less than that.
Not necessarily: That is a steep rise and can indicate a multiple gestation or can be indicative of a molar pregnancy. I see an ultrasound in your near future to sort this out.
My hcg level fr 15 wk & 1 day is 86420. Is there any possibilty of twins? As the scan is 3 weeks away. Please suggest
My beta hcg level was 144 on Mar 21. 2 days after (Mar 23) it was 540. Is this increase of HCG a problem? Or can it be twins?
Bhcg: That is a good increase consistent with a progressing pregnancy. It is too early at this point to tell if twins or anything else is occurring, continue to follow with your physician.

My hCG level at 6w was 62, 895 and at 6w5d 120, 896. Is this possibly twins? The 6w ultrasound showed 1 for sure and a light spot in the opp. Corner.

Yes: A follow up ultrasound should further reassure you
My HCG levels were at 1621 on Sept 18. If it takes around 9 days for implantation, is there anyway I would have ovulated sept 2? I'm not having twins
Early pregnancy: We can get a better idea of the conception date after your have had your dating and viability scan. This ultrasound will help determine who far along you are and make sure the pregnancy is normal.

My hCG level at 4w3d was 690 then at 5w4d is 10449. Is that ok or is it high? Does that indicate twin pregnancy?
Hcg: It's normal and not an indicator of twins.
I'm perfectly sure I'm 4w2d pregnant (gestational age). My hCG level is 690. Is it too high? Could it be twin pregnancy?
HCG: Twins are always possible. The HCG number may be inaccurate in terms of dating. The best way to be sure, or to diagnose twinning is to have an ultrasound.
Wide variation: Hcg levels vary widely in normal pregnancy and are higher in twin pregnancy. See this site for more info. Http://americanpregnancy. Org/duringpregnancy/hcglevels. Html.
