Options: There are options. Prempro has different dosages of estrogen and Progesterone component. Estrogen (estradiol) comes in 0.3mg, 0.45mg, and 0.625mg. The Medroxyprogesterone acetate comes as 1.5mg 2.5mg and 5mg. As your dosage of estrogen goes up, so does progesterone. You can take estrogen as pill or patch. I like the patch. And then take Provera (medroxyprogesterone) for Progesterone (2.5 or 5.0mg). ...Read more

No effect: Cellulose microcrystalilne is inert meaning it has no effect on the body. It is the binder for pills. There will be no effect on Yaz birth control pills. However carb blocker pills do not work. Save your money. ...Read more

Synthetic meds: 1st no such thing as free lunch ie there's always some potential risk or side effect. 2nd FDA only approves meds which they deem benefit greater than risk (tho obviously not w/o disagreement & controversy). 3rd no studies demonstrate benefit of any oral estrogen over another tho some studies suggest topical safe than oral. 4th Natural isn't safe than synthetic ie tobacco is natural but isn't safe! ...Read more
