Have rosacea, tried metronidazole, ceraVe, & vani cream. All make skin red, itch, hot, burn, hurt. I see a dermatologist but it's not helpin. : (?
Red bumps, with head I was told I have rosacea but it's sooo itchy idk what to do, and I don't want to scratch my face. The metronidazole cream made it more itchy. What can I try for this itching that is safe while breastfeeding?

Using metronidazole (netrogel) on face for rosacea. However, I also have this breakout around my eyes. Is it ok to use around my eye?
See your doctor: Metronidazole gel is meant for use on the skin. Because it is not an ophthalmic preparation, it is generally not recommended to apply on or near the eyelid. My dr prescribed me Metro CREAM today for VB, im just a little confused as it seems the GELs are more so for VB and the cream is for rosacea? Help

So I have rosacea been to dermatologist no help at all been on oracea for 3 mts & nothing I've heard aboud ZENDMED & REVITOL CREAM are this good??
Both of these are wa: Both of these sound too good to be true. So don't waste your time or money. Go back to the derm, or try another one. Minocycline 50mg a day may help. Laser is very effective. Isotretinoin will cure recalcitrent cases. Dab a drop of Afrin (oxymetazoline) (generic is same) on your face. There is also a new topical prescription which will reduce the redness. Read more
Can triamcinolone cream be used in place of desonide cream for rosacea? Can not get into the dr. For a week and my desonide cream is all. A friend also has rosacea and uses triamcinolone cream.
What type of rosacea effects the whole body? My dr said that's what this is and cream he gave isn't helping. Think it's something else. Please help.
