Have rosacea, tried metronidazole,, ceraVe, & vani cream. All make skin red, itch, hot, burn, hurt. I see a dermatologist but it's not helpin. :(?

Can triamcinolone cream be used in place of desonide cream for rosacea? Can not get into the dr. For a week and my desonide cream is all. A friend also has rosacea and uses triamcinolone cream.
