No need, why do it?: Nonoxynol-9 before sex is a spermicide contraceptive but not very effective; always use with condom. Repeated or frequent N9 can be harmful. Why egg whites or vinegar? What are you trying to treat? Douching (vaginal wash) with vinegar (or anything else) is not necessary for cleanliness, doesn't help health, often is harmful. If LMP was normal: Then you are not likely to be pregnant. However, menometrorrhagia is not normal. Brown spotting is not necessarily bleeding. You also state it happens more than once.
