Headache: The best way to diagnose and manage this is to see a doctor. If your pcp is stumped see a neurologist. If it is associated with your sinus infection a decongestant may be of value, along with nasal saline rinses or nasal steroid spray. Yes.: Torticollis causes muscle spasm which can cause tension headaches. Ask the doctor for pain medication. Prescription ibuprofen (or others in that class) are MUCH cheaper and safer and stronger.
