Non-itchy rash: Many possibilities: might be sensitivity to bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dyes/ chemicals in new (unwashed) shirt, cologne or body spray; if u sweat a lot, might be prickly heat; might be viral infection like measles/ rubella. Cool compresses & oral antihistamine (claritin/zyrtec/benadryl) may help. See doc for close exam of rash for more exact possibilities. ...Read more

Acid reflux: Alcohol stimulates acid production n the stomach and slows down the movement of the esophagus and stomach. Your problem is thus more likely from acid reflux which cannot be picked up with ultrasound. Generalized rashes can be secondary to an infection (virus or bacteria) a food reaction or bug bites. Without examining the rash it is hard to speculate on a cause or specific treatment. Very itchy rash (pruritic) begins in stretch marks on belly with small, red wheals that grow together and over several days, the rash spreads to thighs, arms, & buttocks.
