I have a non-itchy rash on my earlobe, nowhere else. My cats recently got fleas, could that have caused it? If not, then what?

Perioral dermatitis: Perioral dermatitis vs Ezcema. Excema would be treated with moisturizer and topical steroids, for perioral dermatitis, these are not helpful and would worsen the condition. Sounds most like perioral dermatitis. Things to try: reduce products, they clog and worsen the condition. Regularly cleanse. Try to touch your face less often. Dry skin: Like the rest of the body surface, the skin in the ear canals can get dry, crusty and intensely itchy. I often recommend putting a drop of vegetable oil into the canals about 2x/wk to moisturize the skin.
