Not much increased: The malignant lymphomas by and large don't run in families. A few genes are known but they are of small effect. Stop worrying and live as richly and wisely as you can. Depends on type: Not common but not different than for adult, i think: if indolent- surgery and possibly radiation then watchful waiting (maybe with bone marrow harvest for later use) if more aggressive, would use biochemotherapy (i.e.: "r-chop") after surgery. Many times blood tests and scans/x-rays are done which lead to a suspicion of lymphoma.
