Rash on elbow. Non-itchy and not raised. Doesn't blanch. Feel well in self just a bit sick. History of dermatitis & eczema. Looks to be under the skin?

The fastest treatment for diaper dermatitis is to take off the diaper. RMSF?: I think i answered your question previously regarding rmsf. The results of the CBC with normal WBC and high lymphocyte count represents more of a viral infection with a rash. Further monitoring of the rash seems prudent.
