Needs eval: Reddish lump in an infant could be a vascular swelling or abormality sometimes. It can also be bruising due to trauma. RMSF?: I think i answered your question previously regarding rmsf. The results of the CBC with normal WBC and high lymphocyte count represents more of a viral infection with a rash. Further monitoring of the rash seems prudent.
