Possibly: Nolvadex (tamoxifen) is not a common name .It may be an aromatase inhibitor - like anastrozole. Prolactinoma is best treated by removing it if large or tablets of bromocriptine / cabergoline. The urologist determines if is needed as well. ...Read more
