What is the left adnexa? "exohytic cyst w/ solid mural nodule in the left adnexa likely arising from left ovary" what is this? And what does it mean?
Unclear: The left adnexa is the area on the left side of the uterus which is where the left ovary is located. It's not entirely clear that that mass is. Your doctors are probably not sure either.
