Not recommended: as caffeine is a stimulant and Ambien (zolpidem) is a tranquilizer. You are creating a roller coaster effect on your body which is harmful. Rather than using Anbien decrease caffiene intake ( more than 100mg a day causes sleep problems). And try other sleep hygiene techniques rather than using a tranquilizer. ...Read more

I have to stay up all night doing work for school.  I have nodoz (caffeine) and rockstar.  What is the most I can take?

Easy does it: Rockstar (original) contains 80 mg of caffeine and 140 calories. Nodoz contains 200 mg of caffeine. One cup of coffee contains about 100 mg. If you're adult sized, you can probably tolerate up to 300 mg in 6 hours.
