Yes: E cig is not as innocuous as it may appear. The heated chemical-containing vapor (even if it is "organic") may irritate your throat. Can chronic insomnia (20+ yrs) be cured? I've tried meds (otc & rx), cbt, sleep hygiene, meditation, sleep study (ruled out apnea). None seem to help.
Hopefully: I tend to believe most conditions can be cured with proper treatment. You have tried the conventional therapies so i would consider alternative therapies- herbs and supplements like 5-htp ; glycine, classical homeopathy, chinese medicine etc. Also consider cranial electrical stimulation.
