Yes: E cig is not as innocuous as it may appear. The heated chemical-containing vapor (even if it is "organic") may irritate your throat. The best way to tell is not to use it for 2 weeks and see if your symptoms improve. If you are pregnant , it is unwise to smoke anything since this may adversely impact the health of your baby possibly for the rest of his life. ...Read more

Hopefully: I tend to believe most conditions can be cured with proper treatment. You have tried the conventional therapies so i would consider alternative therapies- herbs and supplements like 5-htp ; glycine, classical homeopathy, chinese medicine etc. Also consider cranial electrical stimulation. I can't not mention that Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) might be significantly contributing to your insomnia.Work with a holistic dr. ...Read more
