Combination of diarrhea with gross or microscopic hematuria especially with some other symptoms such as skin rash, arthritis or blood in the stool and history of travel needs evaluation & management. Would urethral dilatation end urinary frequency and nocturia caused by urethral structure even for a short period of time.
Severe urinary urgency and frequency, lasting only a few hours and recurring every few weeks. Occasional incontinence and hematuria. Urine tests/culture are normal, no pain/burning. What could it be?
Need to see urolo: Gist. Your symptoms are in many ways consistent with overactive bladder syndrome. It's possible that you always have microscopic hematuria. See nephrologist: Would discuss with your rheumatologist and nephrologist. Most ofter with lupus blood in the urine is due to lupus kidney disease called glomerulonephritist which is treated with your rheumatologist and nephrologist. Pelvic pain: Many different things can give you those symptoms. Diverticulitis, colitis, colon polyps, adhesions/obstruction, ovarian cysts, less likely cancers can all give you left pelvic pains. If this is recurrent or has lasted more than a couple days i would see a surgeon or gynecologist asap.
