Combination of diarrhea with gross or microscopic hematuria especially with some other symptoms such as skin rash, arthritis or blood in the stool and history of travel needs evaluation & management. Need to see urolo: Gist. Your symptoms are in many ways consistent with overactive bladder syndrome. It's possible that you always have microscopic hematuria. Most ofter with lupus blood in the urine is due to lupus kidney disease called glomerulonephritist which is treated with your rheumatologist and nephrologist. Pelvic pain: Many different things can give you those symptoms. Diverticulitis, colitis, colon polyps, adhesions/obstruction, ovarian cysts, less likely cancers can all give you left pelvic pains. If this is recurrent or has lasted more than a couple days i would see a surgeon or gynecologist asap.
