Right upper quadrant pain is very frequently associated with gallstones, but you need a work up to determine your cause. Many possibilities: Study: http://www.dizziness-and-balance.com/disorders/outline.htm for some of the possibilities. 156 is a cholesterol value, not true Low Density Lipoprotein concentration, not the correct issue, yet quite high & unlikely healthy.
