Cancer unlikely: Pancreatic cancer is not very common and typically occurs at an older age and doesn't usually present this way. Right upper quadrant pain is very frequently associated with gallstones, but you need a work up to determine your cause. No Medical condition: Perhaps you have a mistaken belief about what menopause is. I have never heard that sagging skin or weight gain are hallmarks of menopause. They are not in my book. In life one does not have every symptom of conditions. I believe you are just fine. ...Read more

Some clues...: Some clues for Marfans include arachnodactaly or spider like long fingers, syndactaly or double jointedness, eye lens detachment history, and a long arm span. A mid-systolic murmur on physical exam with mid systolic click might suggest mitral valve prolapse with mitral regurgitation. Many possibilities: Study: http://www.dizziness-and-balance.com/disorders/outline.htm for some of the possibilities. 156 is a cholesterol value, not true Low Density Lipoprotein concentration, not the correct issue, yet quite high & unlikely healthy.
