Not really: Eating rice daily doesnt make you fat necessarily. Rice does have a lot of calories and carbohydrates so eating a lot of it could lead to weight gain. OK to avoid them: First it may help to work with a certified personal trainer to modify an overhead exercises so that they are more "tolerable". Head down to the local gym or sports center, let others see that you're working hard on your body, and they'll accept you as a friend and support you in your body transformation.
