Loose teeth: Are the loose teeth adjacent to the recent extractions? No set time.: Take it easy and start with food that is not likely to cut your tender new skin. Mostly chew on your other side and think about your tongue moving chewed food to the affected side. You will build up confidence if there is no pain or bleeding.
