Unrelated : Four months later it is unlikely that this is related to the hysterectomy unless you have some post-op adhesions which could cause a partial obstruction. That would usually cause some pain too. Try starting with increased fluids and fiber. Many GI doctors recommend Miralax (polyethylene glycol).
