If you're otherwise healthy, start a regimen of weight training & adequate calorie intake (esp. protein & healthy fats). Better question: The supplement is a group of herbal extracts as well as vitamin d and zinc it is probably safe to take. However in a world where most people are struggling to lose weight, the better question is why can't you gain?
