Can I still use nitroglycerin patches after expiration date?

Depends: Most medications will still have some effectiveness for a few months after the expiration date however this varies. This is true of ntg patches as well. It would be best, however, not to rely on outdated medications and get a new prescription.

Decrease salt intake: This may be due to fluid and salt intake...Both of which you have the ability to directly modify. Sounds like you have a touch of congestive heart failure as well. Given your age, diet and lifestyle modification are the best things you can do (i.e. If you smoke, then quit). I would also try to avoid taking too many medications, since they all have unwanted side effects.

Then OK: Yes some do not tolerate higher per cent age of nitroglycerine oint. Gives head aches etc, anal fissure is annoying and painful condition some times takes wks to heal, eat high fiber diet, stool softeners, plenty of fluids and local care will feel better soon.

Possible.: This combo could potentially drop your BP a little as an additive effect of the meds, but I suspect this will be more academic than real.
