Is taking 50000 iu D2 pill 1/week for month safe, esp along with 300 mg Wellbutrin (bupropion) XL (morn) & 1.5 mg Klonopin plus 1 mg melatonin (night)?
Pretty safe.: That is the recommended dose for that vitamin D. There is not an obvious interaction between any of the drugs except for klonapin and melatonin (they both make one sleepy) and the interaction there is quite mild. OVERLAPPING MEDS: The combo of Meds you are on looks like you are being treated for anxiety and depression . Xanax (alprazolam) is short acting for anxiety . Trazadone and amitriptyline are long acting for anxiety and depression but are very similar and both cause weight gain.. I would taper trazadone and start cymbalta. Paracetamol is fine: Paracetamol is acceptable medication for pregnancy , etodolac, however, is not. Etodolac and other nsaids can cause birth defects, especially if taken in a third trimester.
