No: I wouldn't think it's safe to take Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) during workouts. Caffeine caution: From what I found, there is 120 mg of caffeine in an 8 oz. Spark energy drink, which is similar to amount in 8 oz of coffee. Too much caffeine can increase heart rate, raise blood pressure, anxiety and cause insomnia. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has similar side effects. You can. The only : double-blind study I know of gave Omega 3's & 6's in kids already on methylphenidate preparations, not amphetamines for valid diagnoses of ADHD.
