Pregnancy? Had tubes clipped 4 1/2 years ago. Think I may be having signs of pregnancy. Swollen breasts, nipple color changed, bloated, mood swings.
I had unprotected sex over a week ago and had bleeding after that lasted 5 days. Now one of my nipples has begun to change color. Could I be pregnant?
Hard to guess: It can be hard to guess whether a woman is pregnant or not. A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period, or after having a "weird" period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. ...Read more

My baby is 7w5d.she used to drink 4-5oz/3hr. I did change e bottle nipple to size 2.since 3days ago, she will only tk 2oz/4hr. Her body temp is normal.
Over feeding?: 2 -3oz is more than enough formula for a 2mo old baby, but 4-5oz is way too much for a baby this young. I suggest you discuss feeding amounts with your baby's doctor - much of this has to do with the baby's size, but clearly, 4-5 oz is not healthy, and should not be given at that volume until the baby is at least 3 or 4 months old. Do: Do not know if you are a man or a woman. If a woman, do not know if you are perimenopausal, post menopausal or if you are in the child bearing years. Don't know if you have had a child or if you have breast fed an infant. Do not know if this is a new change to the nipple or if it has always been this way. Will assume that there is no discharge or fever since it was not mentioned. One nipple could be harder or more tender if there was differential friction on the nipples. Clearly, you indicate that there is a difference between one nipple and the other. I do not know the cause. There could be an infection, a blocked milk duct, a non- malignant tumor or a malignant tumor or this might be related to hormones. If the nipple is hard to the touch, I would recommend that you be evaluated, to ensure that there is not a mass causing it to be hard. ...Read more

Areola: Hmm, unless there was some minor inflammation that caused a "distortion" of the area, or you had a ring that was heavy and pulled the skin causing a change, the areola really should not get affected.
