When can I stop doing nighttime feedings?

Night time feeds: Most babies can sleep through the night by the time they are 4 to 6 months of age. It also depends on other things as, when do you give him his last feed, and at what time do you actually put the infant to bed. Try to give your baby a late last feed of the night and see what he or she does. Is it ok to let my 2month old baby sleep through 6hrs at night without a nighttime feed if she doesnt wake herself? Will she still get enough calories?

Probably fine, : As long as she is gaining weight well up to this point. Most babies to sleep longer stretches after about 6-8weeks of age and after they reach 10lbs. As long as she has a good appetite the rest of the day and is making plenty of wet diapers, I'm sure she is fine. Enjoy the extra sleep! Make sure you let her doctor know she is sleeping well and they will check her weight at her next well check. ...Read more
