Lots of symptoms: You report many fairly serious symptoms and really need a good, full medical workup. Some of your complaints do sound like possible ms signs but there are other conditions too. There is no reason for you to try to self-diagnose - let the pros do that with your help in honestly carefully providing the history of these things. Best wishes for a healthy outcome. ...Read more

Generally diet pills work in the short run, but without making changes in what and how much you eat, the weight will just come back on. Consider weight watchers for a good diet and moral support. Also start walking every day. It will help your joints and help you lose weight. Good luck! ...Read more

See a doctor: For these types of symptoms, you need to have a proper diagnosis. In fact, diagnosis means 'through knowledge'...Once the cause is known, then you can get the right treatment. There are various infectious and inflammatory diseases that could cause these symptoms, and I would NOT wait much longer to get diagnosed.
