Your nutrition plan: sounds fine but it would be best to see a nutritionist so that the plan can be tailor made to fit your needs. Many over the counter multivitamins are weak. A professional can tell you which brand is best in your local area. Look more for higher doses of each vitamin w/in the mulitvit rather than a longer list of ingredients. Combining legumes (beans, peas, peanuts) with either grains or nuts/seeds readily supplies all essential amino acids. Bypass: B12 and Folate are often sacrificed in Gastric Bypass and I would consider supplementing that. As to medications, I would talk to your doctor. I do not see your meds listed.
