Wouldn't worry: Twitching abdominal muscles are different from spasming abdominal muscles. One hurts like a son of gun and one hurts like a son of a daffodil (i.e. doesn't hurt at all). It could be anxiety/ muscle spasms with a subsequent feedback loop. Getting caught in a neurologic chain reaction. If it happened once and went away, i wouldn't necessarily worry about it. If on the other hand you notice it more frequently, i would get it checked out by a physician. Most likely, it is a brief muscle cramp from low potassium. Eat more tomatoes and bananas to see if it helps. ...Read more

You may need to see what base the testosterone is in, but also - your profile says you are 19 years old, and while it's not impossible, most 19 year olds shouldn't be deficient in testosterone.
