No: 1 cm. dilated and 30% effaced is perfectly normal at 35 wk. gestation and sneezing will not cause dilatation or labor. Fortunately for those with seasonal allergies, sneezing is not a cause for preterm births. :) Your concern tells me how lucky this baby is to have you for a mom.
