On the universal pH1-11 litnus test my result was ph5. Is that quite acidic and if so what can I do about it?
PH of what? Urine? Saliva?
Our body maintains a blood pH of 7.4. I can assure you your blood pH is 7.4, no matter what your urine or saliva pH is, and that's the only pH that really matters. PH 5 is mildly acidic but normal for saliva or urine.
