I'm taking Xarelto and today started taking 500Mg niacin 3 times throughout day to help combat insane insomnia I've had for 17yr - any concerns maybe?
Niacin & insomnia: Interesting! I had never heard of taking niacin for insomnia but I found many websites discussing just this use, albeit none in peer-reviewed journals.
