Sensitivity?: If he is in good health no fever eating ok perhaps he is allergic to a soap u are using or maybe a lotion or clothing detergent, use no scent hypoallergenic. Notorious for this rash could be the use of fabric softness or squares don't use these also ur clothing should be washed the same. Check with your dr if it persists.But this does sound like a sensitivity type rash. ...Read more
