Could newborns get rashes from being kissed to much?

Could newborns get rashes from being kissed to much?

Unlikely to happen: Newborns get rashes routinely anyway.Decreasing hormone levels from those mom transferred often results in an acne like change, and floating in the water for months produces a lot of flaking.
