A good tip!: This has helped many - even if you find other things too, use it. The smokers breathing pattern is actually good for you - it's relaxing and lowers BP. When folk quit - it's part of what their bodies miss. So do it (W/Oo the cigarette!!) as often and as long you'd have smoked. Inhale a deep breath - hold it in - blow it ALL out through lips.
