Infant lymph nodes: Hello. The enlarged node is most likely unrelated to the heat rash your infant had 1 month ago. Occipital nodes are more noticeable in infants because their skin is thinner. The nodes should be "rubbery" in feel and move easily. Most common reasons for enlargement would be a scalp rash like "cradle cap."
