What will happen if my baby missed her nevirapine syrup dose by 2 days ? What will happen if the time of the nevirapine syrup administration was changed ? Will that have any effect on the effect of the medication?

Continuous rx best: It is always best to have continuous treatment as we are looking at suppression of the virus. brief periods of missing meds suboptimal, but resumption asap, most important. Likely clinically insignificant. no need to worry it will not help in any way.

Nevirapine (usually with other medications) was given to reduce that chances of your baby becoming infected. There is still a small risk that your baby may be infected despite the medicine.
