Your daughter suffers from atopic dermatitis or eczema. Cotton clothing is best ; avoid wool & synthetic fibers. Maintaining skin moisture is prime treatment. She can have quick daily baths and thick moisturizers applied to her skin & again at night. Give Hydroxyzine for itching. Steroid ointments and oral antibiotics maybe needed sometimes.

Germs are everywhere. If you are overly concerned about dropping the soap and it becoming contaminated I bet these types of things routinely cause you great stress and anxiety.
