Thyroid (elevated), drug side effects, early atypical parkinson's (i doubt!), and many things, including benign essential tremor! I doubt you have fibro plus neuropathy. The neuropathy is a hard diagnosis amd can be definitely diagnosed. I'd throw out the fibro!
