For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Forgive me : Ket me be frank. Your boyfriend is drinking heavily enough to put his health at grave danger. His liver may or may not go bad and it takes a long time. But other aspects of his life will go bad from alcohol. I guarantee it. If he cares about you, he will stop now. If he continues, recognize he is not the right guy for you.
