Hip a possibility: First, its very difficult to tell without a physical examination and review of your imaging. Arthritis in your hips can often present as groin pain. Hip arthritis would be exacerbated by certain exercise as well. Compression of your lateral femoral cutaneous nerve can also cause nerve pain/shocks. It is possible: Nervous tissue takes a long time to rejenerate. If there was nerve root damage the repair could take anywhere from 2mo to 1 year. If your symptoms persist I would suggest you follow up with a neurologist who can follow your progress.

Well, it could be: Endometriosis but the chances are so low as to almost be negligible? Over 95% of low back pain is muscular, and it hurts when u breath in, just for a couple of seconds 2x per month. It's likely a muscle spasm, in my opinion, but get seen if progressive. ...Read more

My right thumb is numb on the left side. If I move it in a certain way I get what feels like an electric shock in my thumb, Is that a pinched nerve.

Could be: The symptoms you are talking about suggest a small nerve branch that is pinched on the side of your thumb.

These do not sound like much to worry about. Give it some time. Most often this symptom is caused by a mild injury to the nerve in the thumb that heals in 1-2 weeks.
