A detailed physical and neuro exam, if neck movement or talking on the phone in that arm aggravates symptoms, it is consistent, an MRI might be useful, if it is affecting performance or function. Facial nerve: bells palsy is caused by compression or inflammation of the facial nerve. The nerve starts in the brain stem and exists skull away from the spine. In my opinion a cervical spine problem would be an unusual cause of Bell's palsy. Don't think cervical manipulation with a chiropractor would be very beneficial for this condition. ...Read more
