I have my bsn, but now i would like to go for neonatology and not nnp.

Need To Work NICU: There is no special training in basic BSN Nursing curriculum but some can take an elective rotation in neonatal units. You need a year of med/surg Nursing minimum to be hired as neonatal nurse.To become a neonatilogy nurse you need a job in a level 2 or 3 neonatology unit.Called NICU(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) That is the only way Good Luck ...Read more
