Using more vitamins: Generally vitamins b1 ; b2 turn urine yellow. Taking more than you need is harmless ; your body excretes the unused vitamins in your urine, turning it yellow. Your body is probably using more vitamins at this point in your pregnancy so you have less unused vitamins excreted in your urine. Urine color: Normal urine color ranges from very pale yellow/or clear (when it is very dilute) to dark yellow, almost brown when it is extremely concentrated (i.e. You're not drinking enough fluids). The color is affected by certain dyes in foods, a common one is due to the riboflavin vitamin you mentioned.
