What are some 7 day crash diet negative side effects? I have a headache and this is my 2nd day on dr. Furhmans diet
They don't work: They don't call them "crash" for nothing. Your metabolism will crash as you drastically & abruptly alter your nutritional status, sometimes with the addition of drugs. I am unfamiliar with the specific diet you name, but any diet which involves depletion of nutrients (not just "empty" calories) will cause adverse effects--consider prisoner-of-war health issues arising from extreme "diets". ...Read more

Treat it as an herb: A normal, healthy person should be able to eat Asian hair moss, a type of cyanobacteria (looks like a strange plant). It can be added to soups and stews, in moderate amounts, similar in amount to adding a half-cup of cilantro or bean sprouts. Variety is the key in nutrition. Problems occur when a person eats too much of just one plant, so a bit of hair moss once every week or two should be fine. ...Read more

Trying to cut down sugar/sweets in my diet. Are there any alternative sweeteners that are safe and don't cause unpleasant side effects?
I agree with Dr. Jayaraj that stevia is a healthy alternative sweetener but not everyone likes its flavor. Erythritol may be the safest natural sweetener available and tastes more like sugar. See http://authoritynutrition. Com/erythritol/

Diet pills: It depends on the type of diet pills. Some are in the category of stimulants, which suppress one's appetite. Therefore, one may be able to drink more alcohol without feeling sleepy, for example. This may lead to a dangerous situation, like trying to drive while under the influence. As such, I would be very careful. A single glass of wine or one beer is okay, but I would stop there. Good luck. ...Read more

Lypodryl is a diet pill claiming to be all natural is it safe to take of not what r some side effects?
Difficult to say: I don't recommend this treatment for my patients. Because of these reasons, I would recommend an alternative weight loss therapy. ...Read more
