Negative Side Effects Of The Weight Watchers Diet
Is there a such thing as exercising to much? I am 20 years old and recently started the weight watchers diet I want to lose around 30lbs within 3 months. I exercise once after lunch and again before bed for about 40 min. Each time. I don't want to over do
It's: It's not going to hurt you, but you are going to be sore to start. The worst thing about starting a new exercise program is going too fast, getting hurt and then having to quit. Try doing exercises that push you like the elliptical or fast walking to some good tunes but be careful about weight training and jogging- things likely to injure a muscle or joint. But good for you being so motivated! ...Read more

What are some 7 day crash diet negative side effects? I have a headache and this is my 2nd day on dr. Furhmans diet
They don't work: They don't call them "crash" for nothing. Your metabolism will crash as you drastically & abruptly alter your nutritional status, sometimes with the addition of drugs. I am unfamiliar with the specific diet you name, but any diet which involves depletion of nutrients (not just "empty" calories) will cause adverse effects--consider prisoner-of-war health issues arising from extreme "diets". ...Read more

Unlikely to work: Diet supplements are a big industry but don't really work. One's desire to eat can be much stronger that a supplement's power to decrease his appetite (or "burn fat"), so he will likely continue to eat too many calories. Also, diet supplements don't increase one's desire to exercise. If something as simple as a diet supplement was effective, we would not have so much obesity today. ...Read more
Take 2.5mg zyprexa to slow racing OCD thoughts. Also 50mg pristiq (desvenlafaxine). Sedation side effects (sleep 10.5 hours). I exercise and watch diet. Risks?
Risks: It sounds like you may be over-sedated with your medications, and you may need an adjustment in dose. If you're keeping your food plan contained and are exercising, the risks of weight gain and type ii diabetes are less than they would be otherwise. This could become harder to manage as you age. Avoid processed foods; focus on lean protein, veggies, fruits, complex carbs, healthy fats, etc. ...Read more
