Negative pregnancy test but still no period. Last period started december 9, 2012 and usually is every other week. Could I be pregnant?
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

I didn't get my period for a month and now having pink discharge and a negative pregnancy test and still no period. What is going on?
Many things: Many things can cause this including polycystic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance/diabetes, thyroid disease, some medications, stress, changes in weight, diet, exercise, or schedule, and pregnancy (unlikely with a negative test). See a doctor for a full physical and testing to find out what is going on. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. Negative pregnancy test but I still haven't gotten my period. I've been having anxiety and I haven't been eating and I feel like vomiting
Which came first?: Anxiety and poor eating habits can certainly interfere with regular periods. Or are you a nervous wreck because you haven't gotten your period? A negative pregnancy test is very reassuring. Take another one in a few days. And then, no unprotected sex! That way you don't have to worry about this! Good luck.See 2 more doctor answers
Happens sometimes: A regular period could occur every 21 to 35 days. Periods rarely start on the same exact day every month. Sometimes they are few days off and still be normal. Because you are so young, your hormonal system has not matured and you are more likely to have irregular periods but they will get more regular as you get older. As long as you are not pregnant and are on reliable birth control don't worry.
I've skipped two periods, negative pregnancy test 2 weeks ago, still no period and have milky discharge from breasts. Help!
40day cycle. Last period jan31. Spotted jan28-31. Feb15 blood pregnancy test negative. Feb 17 still no period. Why? Help me understand?
Prob normal: So your last period started on january 28th...That makes your next cycle due at end of february. Having a light cycle can be normal. If you are not trying to conceive, I would recommend using a contraceptive to regulate your cycles and stop the worry about if you are pregnant.See 1 more doctor answer
Negative pregnancy test still haven't got my period im havin cramps and white discharge still theirs days I feel okay and days im not in the mood?
Wait one week/see Dr: I don't know how long you've been waiting for your period, but if the test is negative, wait one week to do it to be sure. Even so, the white discharge and no period strongly suggest that you see your doctor. Stress might cause a lack of a period, but it could be a possible ectopic pregnancy or something else, and the discharge might mean an infection, like pid, so see your dr. For tests, etc..
Negative at home pregnancy test, but still late on period, some cramping and headaches, what could it be?
How late?: You may wish to repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. Yes: If you are using standard urine pregnancy tests it is possible that they are not sensitive enough and that you are not far enough along in a pregnancy to be detected. That being said, typically negative urine preg means not pregnant, the only way to be sure is to see your doctor and have a beta quantitative HCG blood test. Best of luck.
Hormonal imbalance: You may repeat the test in 3-4 days, if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Consult this site for more information on this topic. Http://www. Nichd. Nih. Not likely: If you did the test correctly at a month after the period was due and it was negative, you are not pregnant. The same hormonal disturbance that is causing lack of periods may also be causing symptoms of "pregnancy",
Home pregnancy tests: They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. if you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.
Can I get a negative pregnancy test (clear blue) three days before expected period and still be pregnant.
Yes: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period.
