Possibly: If you are taking Progesterone to support the pregnancy, then your period will not come, so that's not a reliable sign of pregnancy. It is possible to have a false negative 12 days after iui, but not at 19 days. Try a test, and then call your doctor. Good luck. ...Read more

Many things: Many things can cause this including polycystic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance/diabetes, thyroid disease, some medications, stress, changes in weight, diet ,exercise, or schedule, and pregnancy ( unlikely with a negative test). Which came first?: Anxiety and poor eating habits can certainly interfere with regular periods. Or are you a nervous wreck because you haven't gotten your period? Happens sometimes: A regular period could occur every 21 to 35 days. Periods rarely start on the same exact day every month. Sometimes they are few days off and still be normal. Because you are so young, your hormonal system has not matured and you are more likely to have irregular periods but they will get more regular as you get older.
