Not likely: If you're late for your period. But your pregnancy test is negative then you're likely not pregnant. If you're worried repeat the test in 5 to 7 days. There could be other reasons that your period is delayed. If you don't want to be pregnant make sure you're using a reliable form of birth control. Unclear if ever were: Urine pregnancy tests are very sensitive, but serum (blood) bHCG tests are even more sensitive, and are not prone to human error interpreting results like home urine pregnancy tests are. If your urine pregnancy tests were positive, but serum bHCGs test was negative on same day, then you were probably never pregnant. It really depends on timeline you did these tests. ...Read more
