The only pos blood test I have is ANA of 1:320. Neg RF CCP DNA and SM antibody was low of 10. Extreme joint pain 6 mnth. RA, lupus, or neither?!

+ ANA: There are other spondyloarthropathy that can cause a lot of pain and will require treatment. Did they do an HBLA27 test? Make sure you f/u with your rheumatologist.
