Varies a lot.: Some people have several bowel movements per day, and others have one or two per week! with respect to urination, this varies too. Your urine should be clear like water, or pale yellow. Urinating at night: It seems to me that you should not drink water (W) before you go to bed. Although you drink 8 glasses of W/day, how many ounces of W do those glasses hold? There are foods that contain W that you may not be aware of, such as soups and fruits.
