Can I have ovarian cysts? I have sharp pain in my pelvic area, they can last up to 20 minutes. They hurt the worse when i get upset..I tried taking ibprophen 200mg and taking hot baths and nothing is working...Can you help?

Group A strep: It's not quite clear what you mean without the context behind the testing. But it very well could represent group A streptococcal testing.
